Fish Hydrolysate Digestion

The Big Island of Hawaii has a small offshore fishing industry as well as some fish farming operations.
Most of the processed offal and bones end up in the landfills. We are trying to develop a method to convert this material into an organic fish fertilizer. There are still a few bugs to work out, but we hope to have a good product available locally by the end of the year.

We have a small organic farming operation on Maui. We’d like to try. Where can we get this?
